CBN Alumni Trail Walk @ Taman Tugu
After the wonderful response to our Gamelan Workshop, we’re taking things outdoors for our next gathering, a morning trail walk at Taman Tugu!
This relaxed Sunday trail is all about reconnecting and enjoying some fresh air together. We’ll be walking through the beautiful greenery of Taman Tugu, catching up with familiar faces, and soaking in that genuine CBN sisterhood we’ve always cherished.
The trail is easy-going, so whether you’re into fitness or just fancy a nice start to your weekend, all CBN Alumni are welcome to join us.

- Date: Sunday, 16 November 2025
- Time: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
- Venue: Taman Tugu, Kuala Lumpur
- Distance : 2.3 km (approximately 1.5 hours)
- Capacity: 30 participants (first come, first served)
- Fee:
- RM5 for registered CBN Alumni members
- RM10 for non-registered CBN Alumni
What to Expect
- A beginner-friendly trail through the forest
- Good conversation with your CBN sisters
- A refreshing way to kick off your Sunday
- Light exercise in a beautiful setting
Itinerary
7.30am -7.50am: Registration
7.50am : Briefing & Hike start
What to Wear & Bring
- Light and comfortable clothing suitable for the trail.
- Covered sports shoes (running or trail shoes) with good grip.
- Water for hydration, light snacks (optional), and any necessary medication.
(A 250ml mineral water bottle will be provided by the Alumni. Empty bottles will be collected after the hike for recycling.) - Mosquito or insect repellent.
- Hiking stick (optional, if available).
- Raincoat or poncho, in case of rain.
Terms & Conditions
- Participants must be in good health and physically fit, with no existing or chronic medical conditions such as cardiovascular, pulmonary, or high blood pressure issues.
- Participation is voluntary and at one’s own risk. The organiser will not be held responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the activity.
- Participants are encouraged to follow all safety instructions and remain with the group throughout the hike.
- Please be punctual and arrive at the meeting point at the stated time.
- In case of adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances, the organiser reserve the right to amend, postpone, or cancel the activity.
